Foods To Be Included In Your Detox Diet

Vegetables can be consumed either as fresh, canned in water without salt, or frozen. Vegetables that are to be taken are tomatoes, onions, cucumber, turnip, peppers, cauliflower, salad, mushrooms, spring onions etc. Lentils and beans form an important diet of Detox. They can be eaten as dried form or canned in water. These include green, red brown lentils, red kidney, butter, black eye etc. Tofu can be taken with vegetables. Oats can be combined with fresh fruit or made into porridge and mixed with honey. All varieties of potatoes can be part of your diet.Fresh fish like cod; mackerel, monkfish, lobster, and prawns, sole, tuna etc can be part of your meal and also canned fish in water like salmon or tuna. Rice noodles, rye crackers, brown rice, unsalted nuts like almonds,Lishou Fuling strong version, peanuts, walnuts etc, unsalted seeds like pumpkin, sunflower, plain popcorn, yoghurt form detox diet. Oil like extra virgin oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs like ginger, garlic, spice like pepper, honey, fruit and herbal teas and two liters of water could be part of the diet.Foods that are to be avoided are chicken,2012 Red Meiziang MSV, meat-based foods and diary products like cheese, milk, eggs, and cream. Exclude salted food like nuts, snacks and savories. Sweets, chocolate are a big no. Avoid alcohol and beverages like tea and coffee. Salad dressing, pickles, sauces, salt, sugar, fizzy drinks, even diet varieties are not to be included in your diet.
